The Rib Shack in Knoxville, Iowa is located at 1102 N Lincoln Street, Knoxville, Iowa 50138. We are conveniently located next to Knoxville Raceway and are open all year round.

We have 4 large screen tv’s, so come join us to watch your favorite team and enjoy our great food! We have a full service bar with indoor and outdoor seating and provide free wifi!

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Our hours are Monday thru Saturday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Walk-Ins Welcome, Take Out, Catering and Outdoor Seating is also available.
